CURING TANK 990x686x635mm (400lt) 110/240V

Curing Tank for up to 30x150mm Concrete Cubes, made from Polyethylene and measuring 990x686x635mm overall. It is fitted with a 220 volt 3kW Heater but also works on 110v (heating taking a little longer), fitted with mechanical thermostat and a galvanised mesh lower rack. The thermostat is factory set to control the Tank at 20 deg C. It is ideal for site use where an economical solution is required.

CHILLER KIT FOR CURING TANK

A Water Chiller unit with Heat Exchanger and all accessories to use with our CT3 Curing Tank. This unit will prevent Curing Tank temperature increasing above standard parameters in ambient temperatures above 20C.

COOLING KIT FOR CURING TANK

An economic cooling system for use with our CT3 CuringTank. This system introduces mains water to the tank when required to lower temperature.
A mains water supply cooler than 20C and a drain for overflowing water are essential.

PLUMBING KIT TO LINK 2 CURING TANKS

A kit of all parts needed to link our CT2 or CT3 to a second plain tank (CTGALVTANK).
A large part of the cost of a curing tank is the controller, heater and pump. Linking 2 tanks is an economic way to increase tank capacity. We have found that up to 3 additional plain tanks can be connected to a CT2 or CT3.

ACCELERATED CURING TANK 12kW 3PHASE

This procedure is used for the curing of concrete specimens under conditions intended to accelerate the development of strength.
The tank will maintain a constant temperature of 55+/- 1 deg C. Designed for hot water curing of concrete specimens, this is a very robust galvanised steel tank c/w lower rack and lid. It comes complete with a temperature chart recorder (which can also be ordered separately).
