Triple Roll Mills

Triple Roll Mills are used to wet, grind and disperse solids in liquid media. Typical uses include cosmetics, inks, paints and chocolate refining.

The rolls are driven at different speeds of 45RPM back roll, 126RPM centre roll and 180RPM front roll, an interlocked on/off control carrying an anti nip bar to prevent accidental access to the gap between rear and centre roll is fitted. The gaps between the rolls are finely adjustable using the four control knobs, and once selected are positively maintained resisting the tendency of some heavy viscous materials to push them apart.
